The Price includes a heated hot stone heater and 56 basalt lava stones with 2 marble stones.
This is a fully accredited VTCT level 3 Unit course which will enable you to gain insurance and to practice at a professional level.
VTCT Unit Hot Stone Therapy Course Criteria
This informal and structured VTCT Unit Hot Stone Therapy Course will teach a variety of massage moves which can be used effectively on your friends and family to help them maintain good health. Performed on massage couches, each student will receive guidance on how to effectively hold and work their stones using massage moves on different parts of the body. Instruction will be given in order for a student to effectively perform a 60 minute massage routine. Stone tanks will be heated, and cleansing techniques given.
There will be plenty of time for each student to experience the benefits of Hot Stone Massage, and further instruction will be given on how to adapt treatments to cater for every need. Stones can also be used during a range of treatments such as Facials, Pedicure, Reflexology and other form of massage too. This gives such an incredible range of uses for the stones and their heated tank.

Is a VTCT Unit the same as an NVQ?
Both are accredited by the VTCT. The VTCT Unit Hot Stone Therapy Course is for those students who do not wish to do a FULL NVQ. The AATT offer a FAST TRACK course of 2 days at our Academy. Extensive resources are also provided for home study. There is a Whatsapp support group for student support.
Do I need any previous experience?
A basic certification in Body Massage or equivalent
Can I book a date to suit me?
Yes, since 2003 The AATT have bespoked dates to suit their students weekdays and weekends. We appreciate that you have life commitments and therefore give you the opportunity to request dates that suit you,
What do I need to do to complete a VTCT Unit?
You will need to do the following:
- Attend Classes
- Produce an assignment
- Perform Assessments
- Complete Multiple-choice Exam Papers
During your course, you will be observed by an IQA and may be requested to be seen by an EQA
Do I need to provide Models?
The AATT provide Models but also welcome you to bring your own.

Just completed the Swedish massage course with Angel Academy of Teaching, and I can honestly say it was fantastic!
