 FACIAL ROUTINE & TIME GUIDELINES:

Prepare your Treatment area, adhere to Health & Safety regulations and make sure all of your products are on your workstation.

Take a Client Consultation- roughly 5 minutes

Meet and greet your client. Establish a friendly rapport and explain that you will be completing a Client Consultation Form for the following reasons:

• To identify any contra-indications or restrictions
• To gather information about their Physical & Emotional well-being
• To establish their requirements and expectations
• To implement a treatment plan that is tailor-made for them

Prepare your client for their Treatment- roughly 2 minutes

Clarify with your client if it is their first time that you will be doing the following:

• They will be asked to remove their top, under garment and jewellery
• The area will be covered with a towel, and a headband will keep hair back
• They will lie supine on the couch and make sure they are comfortable
• A connection will be made by the placement of your hands to begin

Remove eye make-up and clean the lip area- 3 minutes

• Put a few drops of Celebrity Cleanser onto two damp cotton pads
• Place one on each eye and rotate gently in a circular motion, clockwise and anti-clockwise
• Half your pads to remove make-up from underneath the eyes
• Remove mascara using light, downward strokes sweeping off the eyelashes
• Turn pads over or use new pads and use to clean the lip area

Perform a superficial followed by a deep cleanse where necessary- 5 minutes

• Pour a few drops of Celebrity Cleanser into palm of hands and rub together to warm
• Pat onto the following areas of the face: décolleté, chin, cheek, forehead, to distribute product evenly
• Use circular movements as you start to work at the décolleté, followed by the chin, cheeks, nose & forehead areas
• Make sure to massage the cleanser into the skin removing dirt and make-up
• Remove the two sponges from the warm water and remove cleanser using long sweeping moves starting at the décolleté and repeat where necessary
• Use the following moves: Perform circular massage moves using fingertips to the décolleté starting in and working out toward the shoulders. Finish this move by working back inward. Glide up one side of the neck in brush strokes (using one hand followed by the other), then use both hands to repeat on the other side of the neck. Bring your hands into a criss-cross move at the chin smoothing the chin using this method 6 times. Use thumbs in circular moves working areas of congestion across the chin. Bring your thumbs in to work just above the lip area (underneath the nose). Use fingers to work the cheeks starting at the base of the nose and working outward to the ears. Continue this move until you come back to the base of the nose. Use the middle fingers of both hands to circle the sides of the nostrils before brushing up the bridge of the nose using middle fingers until you reach the forehead. Use circular strokes starting at the inner brows and massage outward. Push at the temples to finish.

When removing the cleanser use the same methods for removal using sponges

Apply Celebrity Toner- 3 minutes

• Apply a few drops to two damp cotton pads
• Evenly distribute starting at the décolleté in long sweeping motions
• Work upwards paying close attention to neck, chin, cheek, nose & forehead
• Blot their skin using a tissue with a hole in the centre for the nose area or fold into a triangle. Blot the décolleté, chin, left and right side of the face and finish at the forehead.
• Option: Use a spritz toner and spray upward. Use your fingers in raindrop motion just above the face to allow the drops to sprinkle over the face. Spray above the middle, right and left side of the face

Skin Analysis

• Analyse the skin under a magnifying lamp to identify problem areas

Perform a deep exfoliation using Diamond Microdermabrasion – 15 minutes

• Use Methods of Lymphatic Drainage following Training Routine
• Perform Refining, Erasing and Isometrics following Training Routine
• The machine setting should be 30
• Work more thoroughly on superficial fine lines and wrinkles

Apply a Heated Paper Compressed Mask saturated in Celebrity Vitamin C Serum- 12 minutes

• Dispense Celebrity Vitamin C Serum in a Bowl
• Immerse the Paper Compressed mask to full saturate
• Apply Celebrity Collagen eye gel and cover the eyes with two damp cotton pads
• Perform a hand or foot massage whilst the mask is on using Celebrity Manicure Treatment Cream
• Remove the Paper Compressed Mask and use it to contour the eyes and lips

 Perform a Facial Massage

Optional full hour routine as per Training- 15 minutes

• Place hands in sweeping motion across chin, cheek and forehead
• Effleurage the face, neck and shoulder area
• Petrissage underlying muscle fibres in the shoulder area
• Pressure points using middle fingers to cervical spine
• Gentle knuckling to underlying muscle fibres in the shoulder area
• Effleurage the chin, cheek and forehead
• Perform circular frictions to the forehead from the centre to the temples
• Continue this move across the cheeks, chin and décolleté
• Petrissage the chin area
• Glide hands up sides of face to meet at the forehead
• Starting at inner brows, use middle finger of each hand to work pressure points along the brow line and from the inner brow up the forehead into the hairline. Continue to the middle and outer brow working pressure points up the forehead into the hairline. Continue up into hair line if desirable.
• Circular motions around the temple bone
• Work pressure points around the eye area starting from between the eyebrows, working the outer edge of the eyebrows and then under the eyes until the fingers meet on the inner edge of the eyes.
• Work this area using effleurage with light sweeping movements
• Perform palm effleurage across the forehead
• Tapotement to forehead, cheeks and chin area
• Perform scissors to tighten the skin
• Pressure points under cheekbone from inner to outer
• Drain the sinuses
• Pinch out across the eyebrows using thumb and index finger rotations
• Work forefingers gently up central nasal bone
• Forefinger pressure points either side of the base of the nose
• Gently effleurage the chin, cheek and forehead area
• Massage in circular moves the sides of the lips in uplifting motion
• Slide fingers across to sides of face and continue circular moves
• Thumb frictions across the forehead starting at the brow working up
• Perform small circular moves to jawbone outer edges
• Hand Placement to décolleté
• Hand Placement to Chin
• Hand Placement to Cheek area
• Rest hands gently over eyes and forehead
• Hold the head at hairline
• Effleurage in long sweeping moves across face, neck, shoulders and back up
• Rest hands on each shoulder to finish

Apply Celebrity Stem Cell Serum and use Iontophoresis (Galvanic) 10 minutes

• Pat Celebrity Stem Cell Serum gently around the eye area with fingertips
• Apply Celebrity Stem Cell Serum to face and neck patting in using fingertips
• Add a Layer of Conductive Gel over the top

Perform your Galvanic Treatment

• Push the product in using Iontophoresis

Apply Celebrity Age Erasing Eye Cream and Celebrity Collagen Moisturiser – 2 minutes

• Dispense a pump of Celebrity age Erasing Eye Cream and dab around the eye area
• Dispense a few pumps of Moisturiser into palm of hands and rub together to warm
• Pat onto the following areas of the face: décolleté, chin, cheek, forehead, to distribute product evenly
• Use circular movements as you start to work at the décolleté, followed by the chin, cheeks, nose & forehead areas
• Make sure the product is thoroughly massaged into the skin

Apply Smoothing Facial Primer – 2 minutes

• Dispense a few pumps of Moisturiser into palm of hands and rub together to warm
• Pat onto the following areas of the face: décolleté, chin, cheek, forehead, to distribute product evenly
• Use circular movements as you start to work at the décolleté, followed by the chin, cheeks, nose & forehead areas
• Make sure the product is thoroughly massaged into the skin

This will leave the skin feeling like Pure Silk

Preparing your client to wake up and dress– 2 minutes

• Rest your hands on the client’s shoulders and press down
• Ask them how they feel
• Give them a few minutes of orientation and offer a glass of water
• Helps them up if necessary and allow them to get dressed

Offer After-Care advice and book another appointment- 4 minutes

• Emotions may be heightened- Tearful/Happy
• Avoid Tea, Coffee and Alcohol
• Avoid Smoking
• Eat a healthy diet
• Drink Plenty of Water
• Follow the home skin-care regime
• Have early nights
• Avoid getting too stressed
